이 자격증 취득 프로그램은 커피와 에스프레소 음료 제조를 위해 필요한기술과 지식을 제공하고 세계 최고 수준의 커피 제조 프로그램으로 고안되었다. 높은 자격과 다양한 경험을 갖춘 지도자들이 초보적 기초 지식을 가르치고 그것을 실질적인 기술로 적용할 수 있도록 도우며, 더 많은 선진의 개념과 설명을 탐구하도록 하며, 추가적인 실습을 통해 돕고 있다.
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the California Coffee institute Coffee Preparation Certification examination, you will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to continue further exploration of specialty coffee, particularly the theory, preparation, and critical evaluation of roasted coffee, brewed coffee, and espresso. Also covered are latte art, hand-crafted coffee brewing theory and techniques, coffee cupping, and other topics important to any well-rounded coffee professional. Perhaps most importantly, this course is designed to equip you to further develop your skills and knowledge on your own.

Certification Testing Information
Participants will undergo testing for both the SCAA Barista Guild Level 1 Certification and the CCI Coffee Preparation Certification as part of the 7-Day course. In order to be certified, participants must meet the standards for certification, including written tests and practical examinations.
If a participant does not pass the certification testing, they may re-test and/or attend any part of the 8-Day Intensive Barista Certification Course at no cost within a 6-month period. Travel, accommodation, meal, and tour costs are not included, and spaces are limited. Contact CCI to register for the re-take.
자격증 시험에 대한 정보
참가자들은 7일 프로그램에 부분으로써 SCAA Barista Guild Certification과 CCI Coffee Preparation Certification의 시험을 치르게 된다. 이 두개의 자격증을 취득하기 위해, 참가자들은 필기 시험과 실기 시험들을 포함해 자격 취득 기준에 충족시켜야 한다. 만약 참가자가 자격증 시험에 통과하지 못 할 경우, 재시험을 치를 수 있으며 6개월 이내에 무료로 8-Day Intensive Barista Certification Course를 수강할 수 있다. 여행, 숙식, 투어 요금은 포함되어 있지 않으며, 자리는 한정되어 있다. 재시험을 위해 CCI와 연락하여 등록해야 한다.
